We’re proud to announce that Origin has been appointed by Palletways, Europe’s largest palletised freight network, to lead the service design and delivery strategy for a brand-new customer experience across their B2C websites in multiple European markets. The work will focus on unifying and improving the end-to-end digital journey — making it easier, faster, and more intuitive for customers to send freight across borders.

This collaboration marks a major step in Palletways’ commitment to delivering customer-centric innovation across their digital touchpoints. With our expertise in service design, UX, and enterprise-level web delivery, Origin will be helping to shape a consistent, scalable experience that meets the needs of a diverse audience — from casual senders to growing ecommerce businesses. It’s a bold, exciting brief, and we’re thrilled to be on board.
