New website with CRM-based content management

The Client

Automate UK is the trade body for the UK automation industry, supporting members across the sector.

The Challenge

Automate UK needed to redefine its identity and strengthen its position in the market, rather than simply update how the organisation looked.

The work needed to connect with its target audiences and cover the full brand experience, from visual identity and messaging to the website and launch communications.

The Approach

We worked closely with the client to define brand pillars, establish brand guidelines and conduct in-depth market research into industry trends, consumer preferences and competitor strategies.

From that we developed a clear brand positioning and messaging framework to articulate Automate UK's unique value proposition, then planned an end-to-end rebrand launch from conception to execution.

What We Delivered

Implementation and management. We managed the rebrand and launch across visual identity, the website and internal communications, keeping every touchpoint consistent.

Launch campaign. We planned communications for internal and external audiences, using press releases, email newsletters, social media and targeted media outreach to build awareness and secure coverage.

Social media. A tailored social strategy amplified the rebrand messaging and engaged the target audience, supported by a content calendar and compelling visuals to keep the brand present across platforms.

SEO and website. We audited the existing site, improved its search visibility and redesigned the experience around clear user journeys. The new CRM-based platform also lets Automate UK teams manage and update content directly.
