Taking each persona we expand the user stories describing each user journey in detail which we translate into low fidelity (lo-fi) prototypes that are ideal for getting initial feedback from our customers and their audience. High fidelity (hi-fi) prototypes follow which can then be lab tested to fine-tune the user experience.
We think it’s one thing to capture data (proving you do it legally), but quite another altogether to know what to do with it. There’s lots of talk around big data, but we’ve been getting our hands dirty for over a decade, optimising, analysing and governancerising (sorry, made that last one up!) our client’s valuable data.
We can help shine the light on the best practices and the optimum practicalities of data – on things like which searches aren’t been found on, the way visitors shop or look for products, trends in behaviour, even where a plane is landing…
For us, search is all about dynamics, not a list of links. By this we mean that if a site is optimised by a great AI-driven search tool, powered by our partner Cludo, it becomes a machine for providing the visitor or shopper with everything they want in one click. Even better than that, it can spot gaps in content by matching up what visitors are searching for but are not getting any results – allowing site owners to power up their sites to improve UX, save cost by cutting down on people calling their contact centres and learn more about visitor behaviour in the process.
There are agencies who create something lovely and make clients really happy during the build, but then ruin it, by just lobbing it over the fence and moving on to the next exciting project. Not us.
